Every Airspool system is backed by a first-year buy-and-try guarantee and a five-year functionality commitment under normal use conditions.

Buy and Try

Return your Airspool system within the first year after delivery if it is not right for you, for any reason.

5 Year Guarantee Years 2-5

Functionality Commitment

We help keep the system substantially functional for intended residential heating and cooling under normal use.

1-Year Buy-and-Try Guarantee

If, within the first year after delivery, you decide your Airspool system is not right for you for any reason, Airspool will accept the return of the system and refund the original purchase price.

This includes situations such as:

  • dissatisfaction with the product,
  • moving,
  • unexpected life events,
  • or simply deciding the system is not the right fit.

Airspool will also cover return shipping costs within the continental United States during this first-year period.

Returned equipment must include all major components originally supplied.

5-Year Functionality Commitment

From Years 2 through 5 after delivery, Airspool guarantees that the system will remain substantially functional for its intended residential heating and cooling purposes under normal use conditions.

If a covered issue occurs during this period, Airspool may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • replacement parts,
  • replacement electronic boards or components,
  • technical support,
  • reimbursement for reasonable repair expenses,
  • shipment of replacement assemblies,
  • partial refunds,
  • replacement equipment,
  • or other commercially reasonable solutions intended to restore functionality, such as third-party repairs approved by Airspool in advance.

Airspool's goal is not merely to honor a warranty, but to keep customers operational and satisfied with their system over the long term.

The remedies provided under this agreement are intended to reasonably restore product functionality and customer usability, and Airspool may choose the remedy most appropriate to the situation.

This guarantee does not apply to equipment that has been intentionally damaged, materially altered, or destroyed.

A Helpful Suggestion

One of the best ways to maintain this guarantee, while also avoiding unnecessary time, effort, and expense for both you and Airspool, is to make sure that anyone helping with the installation reviews both the instruction booklet and the training videos before beginning installation.

What Voids the Commitment

Opening or closing the service valves on the outdoor unit, or using tools on the connection points of the line set, voids both the 1-Year Buy-and-Try Guarantee and the 5-Year Functionality Commitment.

The line set is designed as a twist-to-connect system, and the service valves are already properly opened at the factory.

As promised, no wrenches are needed for installation or future relocation of the unit.

And what is not needed is not wanted.

There is no upside to using tools on these connection points, and there is substantial risk of damage if they are used.

So please, do not do it.
