What important things do I need to know?
These panels are designed to be affixed to asphalt shingle roofs or other full flat surfaces. Concrete tiles, wood shakes, and other surfaces with inconsistent surfaces will not work because the panels are flexible and wind may get beneath the panels, causing separation and potential damage to them and/or your roof.
Make sure your roof has at least a 4-12 pitch, meaning it rises one foot vertically for every three feet horizontally. This slope is important to help prevent leaking due to water accumulating or puddling around the screws that attach the panels to your roof.
