Support after purchase
After the first-year return window, eligible systems remain covered by the Airspool Comfort Commitment.
If, within the first year after delivery, you decide your eligible Airspool system is not right for you for any reason, Airspool will accept the return of the system and refund the original purchase price.
This includes situations such as:
Airspool will also cover return shipping costs within the continental United States during this first-year period.
Returned equipment must include all major components originally supplied.
Contact Airspool before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility, help troubleshoot if needed, and provide return instructions.

Once the return is approved and the equipment is received, Airspool will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
If something is not working as expected, our support team may be able to help resolve it quickly. Many installation, setup, and configuration questions can be handled without a return.
