We have developed a patent-pending installation method called Quick ‘n’ EasyTM that allows you to connect the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of our system in around 5 minutes. (Note that we didn’t say install the unit in 5 minutes. That’ll take some time to measure things, put a scary hole in your wall (a rite of initiation), and feed the line set, condensate hose, and communication control wires through the wall.) But, once that’s done, it’ll go quick. So, we include the pre-wired power cord, twist-to-connect communication control wires (that are also pre-wired), a twist-to-connect truly pre-charged (not pre-vacuumed) refrigerant line set, and pre-connected (and included) solar whips. We also include an isolator (a sort of safety on/off switch going to your solar array) and the solar wire. So, just add +/- 1,500 watts of solar panels, and you’re off to the races. We do this additional work here in Las Vegas, and we test your unit thoroughly (on solar, on grid, and on hybrid) before shipping.

That’s a bit easier for our system, since we can, worst case, send you out a replacement half of the system if there’s a failure, as the two halves (the indoor and outdoor units) are twist to connect. So, you have nothing to worry about for 5 years. Could we go longer than 5 years? Maybe. But, our oldest units are now 5 years old, and they’re still working great, so we’re comfortable with this. Even if you’ve already gotten a unit from us, this will still be valid for you. The starting point in this guarantee (which should not be confused with a parts warranty where a company simply sends you out replacement parts) is the ship date of your system.
